Engine 23 (Retired)

Engine 23 is a 1987 class A pumper operating on a 1987 GMC chassis and an American Eagle body. Engine 23 is 4 wheel drive and is well suited for forest fire fighting featuring heavy duty tubular steel protection, diamond plate side panels to prevent scratches, a 750gpm HALE pump, and a 500 gallon water tank. Chain saws, portable floatation pumps, a gas generator, forestry hose reels, 3" supply lines, and ground ladders are some of the equipment that can be found on Engine 23. This truck can be seen during events at Gillette stadium, and is second due for brush fires.
